Terms for using HannahDream

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using HannahDream, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What HannahDream is

HannahDream is an adult romantic AI companion experience built around eight consistent fictional characters, ongoing conversation, user-controlled memory, and safe generated photos.

Each companion is an AI character, not a human being, licensed professional, medical provider, emergency service, or substitute for real-world relationships and care.

Features, models, output formats, limits, and integrations may change as the service evolves. We may add, remove, pause, or revise a feature at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.

Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, or attempt to access another user's conversations, memories, media, credits, or billing state.

4. Your inputs and responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts, messages, names, likenesses, and other material you submit to HannahDream.

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to process the material.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material.
• You must not request minors, youthful-looking sexualized characters, nudity, explicit sexual content, or unauthorized real-person cloning.
• You must review generated content before downloading, sharing, or relying on it.
• You remain responsible for consent, disclosure, publicity rights, and applicable platform rules.

You grant HannahDream a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs as necessary to provide conversation, memory, generation, storage, previews, downloads, moderation, support, and security functions.

5. Plans, credits, billing, and refunds

HannahDream may offer free access, credit-based usage, subscriptions, or other paid plans. The plan page and checkout surface show the applicable price, limits, renewal cadence, output rights, and included usage.

Hosted checkout and subscription management may be handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the cadence shown at purchase until cancelled, subject to the provider's terms and any cancellation controls available in your account.

Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, paid charges are non-refundable. Billing questions can be sent to support@hannahdream.com with your account email and checkout details.

6. Acceptable use and AIGC Content Policy

HannahDream uses automated safety checks and operational review to keep generated conversations and images within an adult, non-explicit, fictional-companion product boundary. You must not use the service to request, upload, generate, store, or distribute any of the following:

• Pornography, nudity, or explicit sexual content: including sexualized depictions of minors or youthful-looking characters, non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexual exploitation.
• Violence and graphic gore: including instructions or imagery that glorifies, celebrates, or meaningfully facilitates serious physical harm.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites harm against protected groups or individuals because of protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content: any sexual, exploitative, or otherwise abusive content involving a minor, or an adult character presented as underage.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: unauthorized use of a real person's face, name, voice, likeness, or identity, including deceptive or sexually suggestive impersonation.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: content that unlawfully copies protected works, logos, brands, characters, or a creator's distinctive style, or that violates another party's rights.
• Any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or security-threatening use of the service.
• Interference with, disruption of, probing, scraping, or overloading the service, or bypassing authentication, credits, rate limits, payment controls, or anti-abuse protections.

Enforcement actions

When a request or output violates this policy, HannahDream may block the prompt, prevent delivery or storage, remove reported content, consume or restore usage according to the applicable billing policy, limit feature access, suspend an account, terminate an account, or preserve limited safety and security records. Severe or legally required matters may be referred to competent authorities. We may apply these actions automatically or after human review, and we do not promise advance notice when doing so would create safety, fraud, or legal risk.

Reporting content or a safety concern

To report content, a prompt, an account, or a safety issue, email support@hannahdream.com. Include the relevant page or asset URL, job or asset ID if available, the reason for the report, and any information needed to locate the issue. Do not send additional sensitive material unless it is necessary to investigate the report.

Content moderation

HannahDream reviews chat inputs and outputs, custom image prompts, and generated image results with automated classifiers. Prompts are checked before provider submission, generated images are inspected before storage or delivery, and high-risk cases may be routed to a fixed safety response or operational review. The system can make mistakes; reporting a mistaken block or an unsafe result through the support address is the designated review path.

7. AI outputs

AI conversations and generated media may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, unavailable, inconsistent, or different from your instructions. A saved memory may also be misunderstood until you review or correct it.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before downloading, sharing, or relying on them. HannahDream does not provide medical, legal, financial, crisis, or other professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

HannahDream's brand, character design, interface, copy, code, and service materials belong to HannahDream or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing service from the product itself without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and your plan, you may use eligible generated outputs for personal use. You remain responsible for checking third-party rights in your inputs and for any restrictions disclosed by a provider or plan.

9. Third-party services

HannahDream may use cloud storage, CDN delivery, AI model providers, analytics, authentication, anti-abuse tools, email providers, and payment processors. Your use of connected services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and interruptions

HannahDream is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, successful generation, perfect output quality, perfect memory, or that any model, integration, or feature will remain available.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, provider issues, non-payment, or product changes.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HannahDream disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, content, relationships, or business opportunity related to the service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
