How HannahDream handles information

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the HannahDream website, conversations, memory controls, generated photo, voice, and short-video features, account surfaces, checkout flows, support interactions, and related APIs or embedded services.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Account details such as your email address, sign-in information, and profile preferences.
• Conversation messages, preferred names, relationship settings, prompts, media requests, and memories you choose to save.
• Reference media you are authorized to use, generation feedback, support requests, and other information you choose to submit.

B. Product and technical information

• Conversation, memory, generation, credit, and download records needed to operate the product and preserve continuity.
• Device, browser, approximate region, request logs, and security signals used for reliability, analytics, and abuse prevention.
• Cookies and local storage used for authentication, onboarding state, and product continuity.

C. Billing and provider information

When you start a paid checkout, we may process your selected plan, billing cycle, account email, checkout identifiers, and subscription state. Payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout rather than stored as raw card data by HannahDream.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate accounts and provide conversations, memories, generated media, downloads, and saved preferences.
• To process authorized prompts and reference media through the selected text, image, voice, or video providers.
• To calculate credits, manage plans, deliver generated media, and provide customer support.
• To prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security misuse.
• To enforce adult-only and safe-content boundaries, troubleshoot issues, measure performance, and improve quality.

4. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate HannahDream, including with:

• Cloud storage and delivery providers used to store or serve uploaded and generated assets.
• AI generation providers used to process an image, video, prompt, or reference selected by you.
• Authentication, analytics, anti-abuse, email, and infrastructure providers.
• Payment providers when you start or manage a paid checkout or subscription.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Storage and retention

Conversations, saved memories, and generated media may be stored so the relationship can continue across sessions and so you can review, regenerate, download, edit, or delete eligible content. We retain account, billing, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse.

You may request deletion of eligible account, conversation, memory, or media data. Deleting local browser data does not necessarily delete server-side records, and deleting an account may be subject to backup, legal, or financial-record retention requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data and media. No online service is completely secure, so do not upload confidential material unless you are authorized to use it and accept the risks of online processing.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can update account information and review, correct, or remove eligible saved memories and media through the product.
• You can clear browser cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification where applicable.

8. Children's privacy

HannahDream is an adult romantic-companion product intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.

9. International processing
