Can I use HannahDream before paying?
Yes. Free includes private chat with Hannah, ten private messages each UTC day, and one generated photo each UTC week. Starter lets you choose any two of the eight official companions, while Pro and Premium open all eight. Premium also includes the highest image allowance.
When do paid allowances reset?
Starter, Pro, and Premium allowances follow the exact subscription period confirmed by the payment provider.
How does billing work?
Free usage has daily or weekly limits. Paid plans can renew monthly or annually; annual billing charges once for the full year at 50% off the monthly rate.
Do failed image jobs use my allowance?
No. A failed, blocked, or cancelled image request releases its reserved allowance when no result is delivered.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. Cancellation is available from Account settings. Access remains active until the verified current period ends when the provider schedules cancellation.
Are conversations and photos shared between companions?
No. Messages, relationship state, confirmed memories, and generated photos remain isolated by account and companion.
